Last week, we hosted an afternoon of customer spotlights and exclusive product demonstrations at Replica HQ. Here are the highlights!
Our fourth User Summit was all about applications. Members of our local Replica community, including attendees from Topeka, the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC), KCMO, Joplin, Kansas City Area Transportation Authority, Kansas City Area Development Council, Michael Baker International, Kimley-Horn, HNTB, and Garver, joined for an afternoon of networking, discussing best practices, and learning more about successful Replica use cases.
We demonstrated three Replica applications and fielded questions about what types of analyses these apps support: Road Closure Scenarios, Safe Streets Planner, and our newest app, the Active Transportation Planner. We also hosted a session about EventSight, our next app release. If your work focuses primarily on economic development, analyzing events in your city, or traffic and tourism, EventSight is designed for you. Don’t miss our EventSight release webinar, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
We’d like to extend a special thanks to our speakers from Topeka and Michael Baker International! We’re always thrilled to highlight the ways that you’re using our platform and data for successful projects.
- Alleigh Weems, Malyiah Finch, and Quinn Cole presented the Building Momentum project, where the city of Topeka leveraged Replica for Topeka’s Gateway and Corridor Analysis. Replica is proud to support the Momentum 2027 Plan. The Topeka project team will also be presenting this work at the Smart Cities Connect Fall Expo in early December - catch us there!
- Jaimison Sloboden from Michael Baker International shared the progress that’s been made on the Reimagine I-94 Project, where MBI is partnering with Replica to perform a traffic analysis of I-94. Replica is being utilized to examine Origin-Destination information of trips, as well as the socio-economic information of trip-takers.
As always, we truly value when our users take the time to attend events to learn more about Replica. It’s this close partnership that enables us to consistently deliver high-value products for your workflows.
